This listing is for one light-finish standard hardwood yo-yo, with a tight-fitting wooden axle. The yoyo will be sealed with several coats of shellac (a natural, non-toxic finish), which should protect your yo-yo through years of play.

We will pre-tie the string for you using a standard-length string with a slip-not. The length may need adjusted depending on the height of the person who will be using it.

I do not make the yo-yo parts myself, but do all assembly and finishing.


*** Special Information ***:

We generally double-wrap the string, so that the yo-yo is easier for a beginner to use. If you are purchasing this for a more experienced user, please let us know and we will single-wrap the string instead, so that the yo-yo is ready for tricks.

The wrapping can be easily changed after the user has gained experience and is ready to do tricks, instructions for changing the wrap are included.


Safety Information:

Wooden yo-yos are hard, can move fast, and the axle is a small part. These are intended primarily for adults and older children, are NOT suitable for children under 3 years old, and are recommended only with supervision for children under 8.
